The veterinary resource app can be found on both the Google Play and the Apple app store. It uses your device’s location services to help find a pet emergency clinic near your location. They have a large database of veterinary emergency and specialty clinics that are constantly being updated to provide the most accuracy.
How does it work?
As long as you give the app permission to use your location services there are few steps to get it to work. Based on the screen below you just have to press on find local veterinary emergency clinic and instantly it lists all the pet emergency clinics in a 50-mile radius. When you select a clinic, it takes you to another page where you can either call, get directions, or check out the website of the facility if available. It even gives you an option to get a Lyft or Uber driver if necessary.
Other features
It also has information on how to contact pet poison helpline if your pet has ingested something they were not supposed to. You can dial the service directly through the app.

That is amazing!! When we first moved to Missouri years and years ago, we found ourselves in need of an emergency vet. We were not from the area, and had no idea you were just suppose to call the vet at home. I would never have considered calling someone at home for business on their day off.
